How the day runs
We leave at four and head north along the coast as the light turns. Canapés come out at five — local tuna, grilled pineapple, plantain crisps. The sun goes into the water at six and we make our way back along the gold-lit shoreline. It's the charter we'd run for ourselves on a Friday night.

The Itinerary
Every day looks a little different — the bay we anchor in, the order of the snorkel stops, the catch of the morning. This is the shape of a typical Lunch Charter, give or take an hour.
16:00
Welcome aboard at the Apes Hill dock. First drinks poured before the engines warm.
16:30
We follow the Platinum Coast as the light starts to lengthen — Sandy Lane, Holetown, Fitts Village in profile.
17:00
Local tuna, grilled pineapple, plantain crisps, a refill of whatever you started with.
18:00
Engines off, drinks topped, and the gold hits the sails for about ten extraordinary minutes.
19:00
We make our way back along the shore as the lights of the villas come on.
Canapés & Bar
Three hours doesn't need a sit-down lunch. We do canapés that travel between hands and the bow nets — built to be eaten standing up, with a glass in the other hand.
— On arrival
Mount Gay rum punch
House recipe. Cold, strong, easy on the bitters.
Prosecco, Banks beer, soft drinks
All on ice from the moment you step on board.
— Canapés
Seared local tuna
On a plantain crisp with a chimichurri spoon.
Grilled pineapple skewers
Charred over coals, finished with chili-lime salt.
Bajan fish cakes
Crisp, salt-cod, served with a pepper sauce on the side.
Coconut shrimp
With a tamarind dip — Julius's favourite.
The Sunset Route
Engagements, anniversaries, the Friday night you've been promising your group — the boat is yours for the evening. Same canapés, same crew, your guest list only.
